Jade
Jade began her nursing career at a very challenging time working as a COVID-19 tester at Whanganui Hospital whilst completing her nursing degree. In this role she performed PCR & supervised RAT testing and also the full spectrum of COVID and influenza vaccinations. She graduated from the Universal College of Learning in Whanganui and moved into the acute stroke and rehabilitation ward in the Te Whatu Ora Whanganui Hospital. Her daily duties included, dressings, ECGs, attending to the welfare of her patients/personal care, and the completion of nursing notes/documentation to assist consultation ward rounds. Since moving to Melbourne she has worked in general practice at Belmore Road Medical Centre, Enriching Health Medical and Hawthorn Medical and Wellness Hub where she lead the nursing team in chronic disease management, childhood and travel vaccinations, wound management/dressings and iron infusions. Jade is a strong advocate for our patient rights and helping them to navigate the healthcare system.
She is available both face-to-face and over the phone Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and would love to discuss any questions you might have.
